Rebecca's most recent project , "The Other Way" (2012), is her first release as a singer-songwriter. The album was produced and recorded by John Caldwell at Mount Royal Studios in Pittsburgh, PA. Rebecca has also recorded background vocals at Mount Royal Studios for Pittsburgh singer-songwriters including Eve Goodman ("What the Living Do", 2011). She began songwriting at a Duquesne University guitar workshop, studying with singer-songwriter and Martin Guitar ambassador Diane Ponzio.
Rebecca recorded "I Thought About You" (2008) under the direction of her voice teacher, jazz artist Kim Nazarian Ashby of the New York Voices. She has also sung in several Pittsburgh-based groups including the Junior Mendelssohn Choir and the Childrens Festival Chorus.
Currently a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), Rebecca studies Biology and English Drama, hoping to continue her education in medical school after graduation from Penn. She has participated in many campus groups including Penn's Underground Shakespeare Company, the University Choir and Choral Society, and Zeta Tau Alpha.
